Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AutoCore's services. By engaging AutoCore, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About AutoCore

2. The Service

AutoCore provides a missed call lead capture service for independent UK bodyshops. This includes:

The scope of service is confirmed in writing prior to onboarding. Any additional services must be agreed separately.

3. Fees and Payment

The service is charged at £350 per month. Fees are invoiced monthly in advance. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice.

AutoCore reserves the right to suspend the service if payment is not received within 14 days of the due date.

4. The Guarantee

If AutoCore does not capture at least one qualified lead — defined as a prospective customer who responds to the automated WhatsApp message with their contact details — within the first 30 days of the service going live, the client is entitled to a full refund of their first month's fee.

To claim this refund, the client must notify AutoCore in writing within 35 days of the service going live.

5. Contract Duration and Cancellation

The service operates on a monthly rolling basis with no minimum term. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Notice must be sent to marco@theautocore.co.uk.

Upon cancellation, the service will continue until the end of the notice period. No refunds are issued for partial months after notice is given.

AutoCore's liability to the client is limited to the monthly fee paid in the calendar month in which any issue arose. AutoCore is not liable for:

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared in the course of the service relationship. This obligation survives termination of the service.

9. Intellectual Property

All systems, workflows, and processes developed by AutoCore remain the intellectual property of AutoCore. The client retains ownership of their own business data and customer information.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

11. Changes to These Terms

AutoCore may update these Terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of material changes by email with at least 14 days' notice before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
